Perry Mandera, President for The Custom Companies, Inc. has been committed to giving back to people throughout his entire life. From being a service member in the U.S. Marine Core at an early point in his life, to later establishing and supporting charitable foundations, it is more than clear to see how much he values the very idea of public service. Perry has also given back to the community through serving as Republican Ward Committeeman in Chicago for the 26th Ward from 1984 to 1988.
Madera, having served as a truck driver for the U.S. Marine Core and for several civilian trucking companies, got an early insight into the transportation industry. Learning the ropes from Uncle Sam himself and a handful of successful transportation businesses. It is no surprise that he himself would succeed in creating and operating a lucrative business built around the unique experience he had gained during his early adulthood. In 1986 Perry Mandera started The Custom Companies, Inc. a “Full-Service Transportation Provider.”
Perry Mandera is the President, founder, and head of The Custom Companies, Inc. He is also responsible for founding Custom Communications Services, LLC in 1996, and 3105 W Veer LLC in 2007. The former companies have both closed, though his original venture from 1986 is more than alive and well. Serving a diverse customer base such as high profile companies, to small business owners, annual revenue for The Custom Companies, Inc. has now reached over $200 million dollars a year (http://premiergazette.com/2018/02/perry-mandera-transports-hope/). As par for the course, Mandera is again giving back to the community by employing hundreds of individuals in his home State of Illinois.
He attends church regularly, and he still gives back to the community. More so now than ever. Though he is known as a successful business man in many circles, it is truly as a family man and as charitable human who genuinely cares about other people that he is known for the best.
